Service Description

£50.00 per party for the assessment session During this introductory session, the mediator meets with the parties to receive a brief description of the dispute and accompanying evidence. At this session, the Mediator will make a recommendation as to whether parties would benefit from a fixed fee price for smaller disputes or for half or full day sessions for more complex issues.
